Named after our head winemaker, this sweet sparkling wine has flavors of peach, pineapple, and lemon zest balanced by crisp acidity. Exotic aromas of mango, melon, and pear leap from the glass. The perfect touch of sweetness with a long, satisfying finish. The racy structure is absolutely delicious and makes this a very food-friendly wine. Pairs well with cheesecake, Asian dishes, or fresh fruit.
